Pizza Course:
Learn the art of pizza making in our outdoor, wood-fired pizza ovens. Make pizza dough light enough to toss in th air. taste the difference of pizza made with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella. Enjoy your finished pizzas by the pool with a glass of wine.

Italian Lessons:
Make the most of your time in Italy. We will bring an Italian instructor to you for a minimum of 2 hours per day. Let us know your needs and we can schedule first thing in the morning, during the early afternoon or combine your lesson with lunch.

Photography:
Spend a day in Umbria with a professional photographer. Choose to tour the countryside, visit small towns with picture perfect views, or a combination of the two. Plan to spend a few hours when you finish using Photoshop to finish your pictures.

Ceramics Course:
Spend the morning or afternoon in a ceramics studio learning the art of painting traditional Italian ceramics. Course includes the history of ceramics and instruction in preparing your plate.

Biking:
Rental of bikes and helmets with a guide and a van following the group. Pickup at Cannara at 9:30 a.m. returning at 4:00 p.m. Arrangements must be made at least one week in advance.
